Libraries Usability Documents

Here are some of the sample documents mentioned yesterday. It would be great if others could share similar usability documents. (All are Word docs.)

In the future, the Libraries will amend our consent form so that we can share our test videos with others on campus, rather than restricting them to library-only viewing. I'll let the group know when we do testing so that, if you're interested, you'll have access.

Michael and libraries staff, thanks so much for sharing these tools. Love the script. Makes life so much easier to have a great example. I plan to share this information at our next OIT Managers meeting to continue encourage usability testing on our products. Your presentation was succinct, organized, useful. Really appreciate the time you spent to prepare such meaningful content.
